Acting Commissioner of Police Mr. Clifton Hicken met today with Scout Leaders from across the country in an effort to resuscitate Scout Groups in Guyana.
Mr. Hicken, while executing his vision for the Guyana Police Force continues to support the inclusion of young people and youth initiatives as part of his Social Crime Prevention Plan.
